My name is David Gonzalez, and I never imagined I’d be sharing something so personal, but today I find myself facing one of the greatest challenges of my life. I’ve been diagnosed with Stage 3B Seminoma Testicular Cancer, an aggressive form that has spread beyond the testicle and requires urgent, intensive treatment.
