Support Trust Ndlovu battle with multiple complex conditions Blood cancer (multiple myeloma stage3) Chronic Kidney disease(CKD) Lupus in the kidney Diabetes type 2 and Colitis .These conditions require on going care through the health system as they present a unique challenge in terms of treatment and management

These conditions require 10-15 appoints every month with different Doctors Bllod work and blood transfusion every two weeks Chemotherapy every week and my current function status is that I’m dependent on a 4 wheel walker and can walk at most 30 metres without rest a few times a day prior to fatiguing myself not considered safe to climb stairs

The hospital does not provide transport vouchers I have to ride a cab and pay out of pocket which has become too expensive for me the suggestion is to buy a scooter but it’s not covered I also check my glucose 4 times a day and the Libre2 freestyle although handy is not covered and cost $200 every two weeks I consume 6 blister packs of medication every month 4 packs (Various meds) and 2 packs (lupus) aranesp(Darbepoetin Alfa)boosting blood cells a weekly injection and Insulin(Tresiba) every day

I worked at Yellowknife Airport as Safety and Security Manager (Airport Security) for 14 years keeping the Airport and community safe but unfortunately due to these complex conditions I’m not able to continue work

This is not an easy task but I’m determined to fight I really need your help and support more than ever every donation regardless of size will go a long way and make a difference in ensuring that me and my family can focus on my health and healing without the added worry of overwhelming expenses
