Sarah Horry tragically passed away on August 29th, 2023. She was just 28 years old. She leaves behind her beautiful 11–year-old daughter, Marlena. If you would like to give a gift in memory of Sarah, please consider this Trust Fund for her sweet daughter. The funds will be used for scholarships, medical expenses, maybe even towards a wedding one day. Any major expenses that Sarah would have liked to help provide for her daughter but now cannot.

Update 9/26/2023:

We have set up two accounts for Marlena, a 529 College Savings Plan, as well as a UTMA account (which can be used for other, non education expenses like medical bills, braces, a car, a prom dress, etc. –things that Sarah would have wanted to help provide for Marlena as she grows up). Sarah's parents, Mike and Jeanette Horry, are custodians of these accounts and are working closely with Marlena's father, Andy, to bless Marlena with these funds as needed.

We will leave this fundraiser up indefinitely, and any future funds given will automatically go to these two funds for Marlena.
