It is with a heavy heart we share the passing of Marivel Trujillo. Marivel was a beloved mother to her 6 children, grandmother to 9 grandchildren and widow to her late husband Jorge. To those that knew her, you will always remember her as a loving, kind, caring, and amazing human being with the biggest heart. She was a selfless person and always made you feel loved and welcomed. Marivel was always so strong for her children, especially after their father passed away in 2013 from cancer.

Marivel was diagnosed with neuroendocrine cancer a few years ago. Her battle was difficult, but she fought up until her last day with us. Even through her painful days, she always made sure others around her were ok, especially her children. Marivel was also a dedicated and passionate Medical Assistant at an Endocrinology office for many years. She was beloved by all of her colleagues and patients. She was full of life and had a strong devotion to her faith. Marivel will be deeply missed as she touched so many people’s lives.
