Truck driver's daughter dying. Help

5 years old Victoria got into terrible accident on the 27th of June 2018 in Ukraine.

She was on the way home with her mother and grandmother when their car lost control and hit another car. Victoria’s mother and grandmother died instantly, Victoria was taken to the hospital with terrible injuries. She is in the hospital in Ukraine in very hard conditions now but doctors say she has chances to survive. Surgeries and treatment are very expansive. Most likely it can be done only abroad (her father Yaroslav is checking in what countries it can be done). As of right now, doctors say that approximately it will cost around 200 000$ Victoria’s father doesn’t have that kind of money…He is hopeless and can’t just watch his daughter dying. So he is asking everyone who can to help raise money so his daughter can live.
He is a truck driver and was always donating money for others but never thought he will have to ask for help himself.
He will appreciate any help that will give Victoria at least a little chance to survive…
