My name is Heather and another Heather in my community is in desperate need of people to rally around her and her girls. Please help if you are able.

Heather Hartlen is a single mother to toddler twin girls and a baby who was born with a severe heart condition. Due to the medical condition of the baby and the frequency of appointments, Heather is unable to work and has become overwhelmed with the demands of caring for three young children. Heather’s lease in her current home is abruptly ending, and she requires support with the expenses of both moving and obtaining a new home.
