My name is Troy Stolz and I am being sued by ClubsNSW for allegedly breaching a confidentiality agreement. I am defending this legal action at great cost to me and regrettably my family.
For about 8 years, I worked as an Anti-Money Laundering & Counter Terrorism Finance compliance manager in NSW Clubs. My job was ensuring that the checks in place to protect against the washing of dirty money were being complied with to prevent abuse by drug, terror and criminal networks.
While doing my job, I came across certain alarming information that I cannot share here. With nowhere to turn to, I sought to speak to a member of our Federal Parliament, Andrew Wilkie MP, about my concerns.
My normal life has collapsed. My health has suffered from constant stress and we have been forced to sell our family home. But I am not giving up.
I need a legal fund now more than ever to defend myself. All money raised will be deposited in the trust account of my new lawyers Xenophon Davis. I hope you can help.
My family and I will be eternally grateful. Thank you to the many people who have shown us support already.
Any remaining funds will be donated to the Human Rights Law Centre to make sure whistleblowers in the future are protected and supported when exposing the truth.
