Troy’s story

My name is Michelle. I’m fundraising for my friend Troy who was injured April 25, 2020, was in the hospital seven months and 5 days where he never received acute rehabilitation due to Covid. Then he was forced to fly to Florida where his only family was there to help. Since then he has been in a fight for his life trying to get better and still has not received physical therapy. Medicaid is not cooperating with him and keeps denying inpatient rehabilitation..

He has taken it up to the state of Florida congressmens office trying to get help, hoping they will override

medicare decision.

He is in need of a room built to store his medical equipment due to not having any room to store it.

Troy is in desperate need of a wheelchair vehicle. The transportation has left him on numerous doctors appointments. Any donations are tax deductible.
