Hello, my name is Troy Sloan.  I have lived in the Elizabethton area for many years now. Most of the locals know me, as I am never one to deny my help to a friend. I am asking that my friends and community help aid me in a needed direction. I am needing to do an Open Heart Surgery, and I could really use the financial support. I am not one to beg, but anything would help. This is going to be a huge change for me. I am a small business owner, and that comes with it's own obstacles as well. I have never been the type of person to just kick back and relax. I have spent the most of my life here working, and I hope to be able to return to that as soon as possible.
