Troy Mallory is in need of a Christmas miracle
Hello to everyone who either knows
Troy, or have met or heard of this bigger
than life personality! And very proud
Army veteran!
We started noticing the swelling in his
legs and feet a couple months back. Plus
they would turn purple. His first
diagnosis was Cellulitis. But the
antibiotics made no difference, given
that’s not what he had. Then he
started losing his strength, and soon to
follow, breathing became really hard, as
he couldn’t get the oxygen he needed.
Yesterday I took him to the hospital
in Monroe, he was in A-Fib and his scans came back abnormal, and showing he’s
had two small heart attacks in the past
week. So they transferred him to
Kirkland, where there’s a good
heart specialist.
Today they tried to shock his heart two
times, to get him out of A Fib, but it didn’t work. Now they’re going to try a new
drug, to see if that will work. His heart is very weak and he still can’t breathe, due to the large volumes of fluid, that have
built up, and having such a weak heart.
Both of his boys lost their mother on
June 16, 2018. One of Troy’s favorite
pictures, is the one above where they
were toasting to their Mom... and Dad
was having his first beer, with his boys.
The thought of his boys losing their
father, so close after their Mom, is
what prompted us to reach out. There is
no insurance, and when he comes home,
he will be on strict bed rest and not able
to work, for however long it takes to
heal.
This wonderful man is the sunshine in
my life, and means the world to me. I
Love him beyond words, and his boys
do too. We weren’t sure what to put for
an amount, given how long he’ll be in the
hospital. But please know how truly
grateful Troy is for anything you can
afford. And if you can’t afford anything,
prayers are always welcome. Please
Share this and help me and his boys get
the word out!
Thank you from all of us! And many
prayers, he gets to come home soon! ❤️
