Troy is a father of five and a new addition on the way. Went to college and earned a degree in AG Economic and started a farm called Hillerich Family Farm, which unfortunately had to cease operations due to uncontrollable variables and too much time away from his family. He now lives in Fairdale and is a plumber by trade and works at PlumbRight in Mt Washington. Troy is an extremely hard worker and always ready to step in to help others and give anything his all. His wife, kids and family mean absolutely everything to him. Troy is 33 years old and went in for a colonoscopy which was supposed to be routine check-up. His life was turned upside down with the discovery of a large mass that turned out to be Stage 3 Rectal Cancer. Within 5 days, his team of oncologists have him scheduled for surgery and he will start Chemo and Radiation immediately following. He will not be able to work during his recovery, and the suddenness of the circumstances did not allow for proper time to save up extra income to support him and his family during this difficult time.
