We lost one of our own, Troy Higgins, when the vehicle he was driving hit black ice and skidded off the road last Friday, February 15th.  Troy was a husband, father of two little girls, a son and a great employee.  He’d been with Coolsys as a Level 5 Service Technician for 5 years, a member of the Idaho Falls branch.  His loss will be felt for a long time and Troy will be missed by many. 


As an expression of our condolences, Coolsys has made a generous donation to Troy’s family directly but wanted to give others the opportunity to do so as well if they felt inclined. It doesn’t heal the pain of losing a loved one but it will help Troy’s wife and kids in the difficult days ahead.  If you’d like to help, please consider making a donation to Troy’s family as well.  100% of the proceeds will go to support Troy’s wife and children.
