On October 29th 2023, I got the worst news of my life.

My Giant, our peace keeper, my son died after taking MDMA that unknowingly had been laced with fentanyl.

The heart break is so intense and overwhelming, not only for me but for his little sister and the rest of our family. Just wrapping my mind around planning his memorial felt undo able.

I’ve been searching for the best way to honor him and bring some peace to our hearts. I finally found something that feels right, a place that I know he would be at rest. A place under the redwoods by the sea, where he felt the most at peace in life, and give us a spot to visit…. @BetterPlaceForests.

The suddenness of his passing have left us unprepared financially so I’m asking for help.
