Troup Morton's Memorial Park Bench

Troup Morton was born and raised in Ortega and had a huge impact on the neighborhood and those who knew him as a friend and/or neighbor. His white truck along with his waves, smiles, and honks have made us smile for over twenty years.  As a tribute to the care he took to make our neighborhood look beautiful, we hope to raise money for a park bench to be placed in Seminole Park in his name. Troup's family are moved by this effort, and feel, like all of us might, that a special spot to visit in his memory would be very meaningful. 

According to the Parks Department, it will cost $3,000 to have a bench with a plaque for Troup placed at Seminole Park.
