This is my favorite picture of my sister Terri. She is smiling at the flower girl at our wedding. My sister is the kindest, most gentle, and loving person I have ever met and she has a phenomenal gift with children. In August 2016, she was diagnosed with ALK lung cancer.

Despite setbacks from cancer these last few years, she successfully completed her Master's degree and earned a position as a Special Education Teacher. She continues to fight for her family and to have the strength to continue teaching children who need the most care and love- but her fight with cancer continues to intensify.  

We are blessed there is medicine for her but it only seems to work for short periods of time. Her cancer is based on a gene mutation and it is proving harder to keep at bay.  We have set up this page for those who would like to donate monetarily.  Terri would like to get to the beach to take in the ocean air and dip her toes in the sand.  This would be a great opportunity for the family to get away from cancer for the moment and to spend quality time together while Terri still has the strength.  Extra funds would be used to help Chad Stuart with Christmas gifts for the kids, medical bills, meals, gas, and living expenses for her three children aged 17, 15, 11.

Our faith tells us to remain positive and we pray daily this cross might be lifted from her. We will never have all the answers but we ask for your support to give her family strength in this time of need and prayers for healing and peace.
