Our sweet friend, Melissa Trombetti, has received a diagnosis no woman or family ever wants to receive. In early March she received a call from her doctor letting her know that she has breast cancer.

Melissa is an amazing Marine Corp wife (to Chance) and mother of 4 incredible children (Evan, Annaleigh, Dempsey and Sam).

Not only does breast cancer come with enormous physical and emotional hurdles and obstacles to navigate, it also comes with an additional financial burden.

Melissa is fortunate to have good medical insurance through the military, but copays add up quickly with such a diagnosis. She is also being treated at City of Hope, a wonderful comprehensive cancer center located about 85 miles away from the Trombetti home. Money raised here will help go towards those unexpected expenses such as medical bills and gas to get to and from her many appointments.
