Hi, my name is Debbie Rochon. I have created this GoFundMe page for Gabe Friedman whom I have known since 1997 when he started working at Troma. He edited many shows and movies there; Tromaville Cafe, Troma's Edge TV, Terror Firmer, Citizen Toxie and his personal passion project Poultrygeist: Night of the Chicken Dead. These titles just scratch the surface of his many accomplishments!

The reason this page is up - our Troma brother has just been diagnosed with brain cancer. He has had the surgery to remove the tumor, and it was 80% successful - meaning they were able to remove 80% of it. The next step is chemotherapy and radiation treatments, which will be scheduled soon. As we are all aware, healthcare is a huge struggle to afford. Medications, tests, MRIs etc. are all extremely expensive. And during a time of needing calmness to try and heal the stress of not being able to pay the mounting bills and keep food on the table and the lights on are a massive stressor. It's a stressor for us all so you can imagine dealing with all of that plus this medical news and operations and treatments in addition.
