Hi everyone,

Project Planet Earth is a charity located close to the sailing club, with most of their work being done along the Solent and Jurassic coastlines. Their main aim is to inspire change, aiming to make the planet a healthier and happier place for both humans and animals. The main way they do this is by getting people together to carry out beach cleans at beaches across our South coast.

Their fundraising is amazing, and Oly is a very aspirational figure in helping raise money for his charity with his mighty swimming challenges which have caught media attention from the BBC and Sky news. One of Oly’s major fundraising events was achieving the fastest non-stop solo swim around the Isle of Wight. His achievements have achieved international awareness of plastic pollution.
