Tristen’s Tribe

Hi, I’m Jenny Clifton Lee and I’m creating this go fund me page for my childhood best friend Leigh Spence Gideon, a native of Benson NC who now resides in Benton Kentucky. On September 8, 2022 Leigh’s 23 year old son Michael Tristen Prange was in a horrible motorcycle accident and was life flighted to a trauma center in Nashville Tennessee where they discovered Tristen had sustained a severe traumatic brain injury. Tristen remained in Nashville for a few weeks and once stable was transported to a local LTAC facility near home. At the end of October Tristen was accepted to the Shepherd Center Brain and Spinal rehab hospital in Atlanta Georgia. Leigh is fortunate to have great family support; her husband Jim, her eldest daughter Rachel and her youngest daughter Gracie along with her church family and friends. But Leigh has not left Tristen’s side, and now has to be his voice during this journey. As one can imagine the physical, mental, and emotional strain is more than overwhelming. As if the accumulation of medical costs were not enough and Leigh having to be absent from work to remain by Tristen, she now has to seek housing in Atlanta away from her family in Kentucky. This Christian family would want prayers for their son above all else, but as we move into the season of giving I am asking anyone who is willing to please donate towards Tristen’s recovery.
