Tristan Wheeler

My sweet niece is in the ICU and needs your help and prayers.  She is fighting for her life.  This is from her mom, my sister Shanna:

"Tristan has a bacterial infection called necrotizing fasciitis. More commonly known as a flesh eating bacteria. We don’t know what caused it but it has attacked her muscle and tissues in her abdomen.
She just came out of tonight’s surgery. The infection hasn't spread very much today. They cleaned it out well. She will need to go back In tomorrow or the next day for surgery again. Her doctor says she will need another 5-6 surgeries to get the wound closed and then a skin graft. They are going to try and take her off the ventilator tonight and just keep her sedated. Overall her organs are looking good. He thinks two to three weeks in the hospital. They put in a temporary feeding tube for now. Once her infection and wounds are cleared up they will redo a different feeding tube. Probably in two months.  Just keep
Praying the infection will keep going down. This is all depending on how she does and best case scenario. Thanks for all your prayers. ”
