My name is Lisa Lentz and I am fundraising for my nephew Tristan Weaver and also for his parents, Glen & Julie Weaver. Tristan has been having heart problems since Christmas. He has been at Kaweah Health Hospital since Monday but today has been an especially tough day. The doctors made the decision to transfer him to Stanford and he is currently being airlifted by helicopter there now. Julie & Glen will be joining him and going back and forth as much as is needed while he is there. We were originally doing a meal train but that need has shifted now. It would really help them to have donations so they can concentrate all of their energies into Tristan. All prayers are also welcome as well as any donations you are able to make.
