Tristan Stearns battle with DSRCT Cancer

Hi, my name is, Heidi Stearns. My son, Tristan Stearns; who is 17 was recently diagnosed with Desmoplastic Small Round Blue Cell cancer. This type of cancer is very rare, aggressive, and the odds are stacked against him. He will need to make several trips to Boston to meet with his cancer team as well as eventually having surgery and will need to go back and forth to treatments here in VT for chemo and radiation therapy. This will put a huge strain financially on he and his family. It shouldn’t be something he or his family has to worry about! Tristan is very active with the local communities. He is a volunteer firefighter for the town of Shoreham. He also volunteers for the Addison County Benefit Pull by working the track, as well as tractor pulling. Tristan is always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need and never asks for anything in return. IT'S OUR TURN TO HELP HIM AND HIS FAMILY!
