I am asking for help with hospital bills for my grandchild, Violet Mae, who was born with a fatal genetic condition called Trisomy 18 which also affects the heart. My daughter, Veronica, was told at an early ultrasound that she should abort. She would not. So we knew from early on that Violet would not live long out of her Mommy's body. Violet lived 8 days. We were able to take her home to be with her Mommy, Daddy, brother Troy, Grandmas, and aunts. Violet was held the whole time and was loved to pieces. Left to mourn her are her family and many friends. My daughter and her husband Denton have not been able to resume their lives as of yet as they are traumatized and heartbroken. I am asking for help for them to pay the medical bills, funeral, memorial, and time off from work. It is into the thousands, but starting on first medical bills. If the funds go over what is needed, we will make a fund for Violet's brother who is 3 for his education and donate to the Trisomy 18 Foundation. If you can help, please do so. If you cannot, please pray for us. We are heartbroken.
