This loving family is facing heartbreaking circumstances and desperately needs our help. They are a household of six children including a baby with Trisomy 18 who depends on a ventilator to survive an elderly family member, and three dogs. Their home has become unsafe and unlivable. The ceiling is leaking, and the house was never connected to the city’s water supply. The family has been forced to rely on water jugs just to flush toilets and maintain basic hygiene, creating daily challenges that no family should have to face. On top of that, medical staff and nurses need to come in and out of the home to care for their medically fragile baby, making a safe and sanitary environment even more critical. Despite their efforts to communicate with their landlord about these urgent issues, they were met with dismissal and rudeness, leaving them without options. To make matters even more heartbreaking, the mother is grieving the recent loss of her father, adding emotional pain to an already overwhelming situation.
