Both she and her husband lost jobs and significant income streams through a series of bad coincidences involving illness, loss and timing. They have worked diligently to get new employment with zero luck. They will be back on their feet by the end of the summer if we can help them avoid homelessness. They have no options for rent-free living with relatives, without disrupting the children's lives and putting them back into situations from which they are working very hard to
recover and thrive.
Please consider donating as much as you are able, as soon as possible. Here is what Trisha writes:

"Juuuuudyyyyy!!!!!!!!!!!!
I can't even tell you how appreciative my family and I are. Like, seriously!!! I'm in total awe and so extremely grateful that you would do this for us. I'm just speechless. I know that our meeting was no accident.
We have 3 children, Levi (8, 2nd Grade), Brooklyn (6, 1st Grade), and Nazaria(1) who absolutely love Brooklyn, NY. Levi and Brooklyn talked about going back to Philly for a full year and a half before they decided they like living here. So uprooting them from here would not be ideal and it hurts me to think about having to do that to them. Levi is a sweet boy who loves Transformers and anything with wheels! He studies cars and can tell you the make and model of a car just by looking at the wheels!!! Brooklyn is a mature and wise 6-year old who only wants to be a Queen when she grows up and loves My Little Ponies... Nazaria is on her way to walking and loves singing and dancing!!
If we get evicted, we would have to uproot our children from the only school they've known and come up with money to move. We have no relatives or friends with homes close by. My father is the closest and he's in MD, which is 5 hours away. We would also have to put all of our stuff in storage, something we cannot afford."
I'm so touched by Trisha's situation and her family that I personally want to see them thrive. I would be grateful if you pass this on, and donate with this link to prevent another cascade in this period of misfortune.
