I'm fundraising for my beautiful cousin Myah who has been diagnosed with SMA Type 2 - a genetic condition which causes muscle weakness and loss of motor control. Since being diagnosed, Myah has undergone numerous intensive physiotherapy and support sessions to enable her to meet milestones that would otherwise not be possible. these come at a cost.

Between 19th October and 4th December, I will be competing in 3 Hyrox events: a singles, a female doubles and a mixed doubles. Each one is a challenge in itself but it is an honour and a privelege to be able to move my body in this way. I've been quietly training since having my second little boy in March, testing my limits and pushing myself beyond my comfort zone which Myah has to do everyday.
