For the last four years we have been working hard at school as our parents started Redeemed Life Church. We wanted to make sure we did our best as they did their best!
We are happy to report that we have been on the Honor Roll for the last three years as well as being in the advanced band and advanced show choir!
Last month we got the opportunity to apply to an educational trip to Washington DC. In order to apply you had to be in the Honor Roll, recommended by all your teachers and write an essay in order to pre-qualify. Once we were qualified we were entered into a drawing with 125 other students for the 40 spots available.... and guess what???? WE GOT THREE OF THEM! (I know, our parents were shocked too) :)
This is an educational trip where we get a hands-on history experience in our nation’s capital as well as see amazing exhibits at the Smithsonian Museums.
We have been working hard for two months babysitting to raise money for our trip. We are sooo close but sooo far!
The cost is $2,495 each and with our parents help and babysitting money we have raised a portion of it!
We are now asking for friends and family to consider helping sponsor us and make this trip possible! And hey, if you need some babysitting just give us a call!!!! :) We come as a three-for-one deal! :)
