Triple transplant testing and expenses

Hello,

My name is Corey Morales. I'm 45 years old and am trying to just survive a little longer in this crazy world.

In 2021, I was diagnosed with Congestive heart failure. It was later discovered that it was Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy. The treatment, medication and side effects along with diabetes destroyed my body and health. My heart is almost normal again but the rest of my organs are failing.

After a lot of thought, I figured I would let everyone know what was going on with me over the last three years... I'm about to drop to stage 5 kidney failure. My eGFR (filtration) has been extremely low for months with no improvement. The doctors are now recommending dialysis after months of trying to keep me off. I'm also now going on a triple transplant list for my kidneys and pancreas. My congestive heart failure has improved enough to allow my eligibility with UK, one of the highest volume transplant hospitals in the country.

With all of my medical issues, I honestly don't have much time left without it. I really need help and prayer. Having someone donate a kidney is a big ask, but I'm praying for a matching cadaver so a donation wouldn't be necessary. I'm going to start a go fund me to help cover out of pocket costs for travel and testing, as I've been completely indigent for the last three years. Again, prayers and positive vibes are greatly appreciated ❤️
