50-year-old mother of two diagnosed with metastatic triple negative breast cancer a year after a double radical mastectomy. Triple negative breast cancer cells metastasized to lungs, liver, and L2 lumbar so far, possibly brain as well.  Not usually one to ask, but we’re simply not financially situated to tackle an even more serious battle so quickly after finishing round one without help this time.
