Hello everyone! Many of you know that Lukas lost feeling in his hind leg last Friday due to a large mass. This mass has been on his leg for several years and although I’d brought it up to his vet, it was never a point of concern because he was eating, playing and moving just fine. Bloodwork came back clear just as recently as February of this year.

Unfortunately, my sweet boy has cancer now. The good news is — the type he has rarely spreads. The bad news is — he needs his leg amputated. I’m asking for help for myself and my Lukas.

These funds will be used for his surgery and medical supplies. I’ve scheduled his surgery for Thursday. And if I don’t have the funds by then, they will put his leg back on. Just kidding.

I truly appreciate all the kind words, thoughts and help we’ve received this week alone. I know asking for help during the holidays isn’t ideal but none of this is. I’d do anything for my boy.
