Trip of Faith for my Dad's Cancer

Hey guys! Thank you so much for checking out this page. I am trying to raise money for a trip for my family to go see the Grand Canyon. There is a powerful story behind this dream of mine. My dad, who is the Father of five kids and an amazing husband and youth pastor, was diagnosed with stage 4 bone cancer about two years ago. The doctors are now saying that he has between 1-3 months left to live. The doctors said his cancer is terminal and he would literally need a miracle to survive this. Well good news because I know a God who does miracles. I was at a church service and the pastor told a story of a young couple who was unable to have children, so they came to the pastor after service to ask for prayer. The pastor told them to go out and buy a baby carriage in faith that God would meet them in their faith. This couple did exactly that and soon after became pregnant. God showed up more than they could ever imagine (Ephesians 3:20-21). When this story was told I believe God placed something powerful on my heart. My dad has always had the dream to go to the Grand Canyon but he has never been able to. I know this trip would bring him so much joy! I am using this trip to the Grand Canyon as our "baby carriage" type moment (Hebrews 11:1). As crazy as this whole thing sounds I have true faith that God is going to heal my dad. I have seen crazy miracles in my life. I know we serve a good Father who gives us good gifts, and I know he is not done with my Dad yet. My dad has dreams to go on and do so many great things for God. For me and my family of 7 to go to the Grand Canyon for a week and a half, our goal is to raise $9,000. The only way that this trip is possible is through fundraising, so we greatly ask for your support and prayers. This trip is 100% in God’s hands! My family is having an open hand with God, where he can give or take whatever he pleases! God is still our God no matter the circumstances! Thank you guys so much and God Bless.
