Trinseo Employee Flood Relief Fund (Employee led)

Due to the recent flooding in Midland Michigan and the surrounding area, numerous Trinseo employees have suffered significant loss - homes, vehicles, clothing, etc.  In addition to the natural flooding caused by rain, several dams collapsed under pressure and others simply failed and overflowed. Areas that don’t normally flood were inundated with water. This resulted in a major large lake being completely drained dry, and the water flooding hundreds of homes and businesses. Over 11,000 people were evacuated from the area within a few hours, which helped prevent any major injuries or deaths. The unprecedented dam failure and flooding resulted in destruction and water damage unlike anything Midland has seen in over 100 years.

 

Approximately 11 Trinseo families are severely impacted regarding their homes and are in need of assistance.  As these team members move from recovery to restore, any donation is greatly appreciated to assist employee's immediate need and help offset expenses.  (Demo expenses, storage, cleaning supplies, tools, storage rentals, dumpster rentals, apt rent, furniture, construction materials, contractors, automobiles, food, clothing, toiletries, etc.) 

 

This is an employee sponsored Go Fund Me account. All donations to this Go Fund Me account will be divided equally among the effected families. If you wish to donate to a specific team member there are individual Go Fund Me accounts established for each family. There is no donation too large or too small and all will truly make a deep impact on Trinseo’s dedicated team members and their families. Thank you.
