The world is moved along not only by the great acts of heroes, but by the aggregate of single lovely actions day-to-day. With your support, I want to signal to current Trinity students and teachers that during this time where their entire learning infrastructure is flipped on its head, Trinity alumni stand by, proud of their alma mater, to support and encourage. I want to set an example to the next generation of Trinity alumni of the influence of an active and empathetic alumni base. Thank you for considering joining us in this endeavor!
Needs for Trinity in the wake of COVID19 re-opening include:
- Two air filters
- Water bottle filling station
- Thermometers to take kids' and visitors' temperatures before they enter the building (four handheld and one wall unit)
- Plexiglass for student desks in Kindergarten (potential to be expanded)
- Hand sanitizer and dispensers for every classroom
- Cameras and tech equipment for every classroom to enable remote learning option
- Tech support to install and help maintain classroom technology
- Hiring someone to clean the school daily
- Increased hours for staff due to requirements for students to maintain social distancing
- Hiring lunch duty help rather than using parent volunteers
...and it doesn't stop here. Any extra money will be used to develop resources for students forced to study remotely that do not have the technological ability to do so. More on this if we get there!
