Hardworking chef and entrepreneur, Nikki Ali opened her restaurant "Trini Quizeen", in Dover, Delaware, this past year. It is the first and only restaurant that brings authentic and delicious Trinidadian cuisine to the area.  Unfortunately, many small businesses have felt the impact of Covid-19. We who support and love Ms. Ali started this campaign to help lessen the blow that the pandemic has caused on her business, so that she and her husband's restaurant can continue to thrive in our community.
