Trina went into Swedish hospital Monday September 4th with side pain. They told her she had a kidney stone and it was large and it just had to pass. She was in a LOT of pain. They said she would have to stay overnight due to her state, but then ended up sending her home. Tuesday morning she couldn't use the bathroom and couldn't walk. Louis, Cory and Chase had to help her get to the car and they rushed her to the ER. Within a few hours she had surgery to remove the stone and a drain put in, she then ended up in the ICU by that evening on life support and multiple medicines. She has septic shock. Her life hangs in the balance. That night (Tuesday) Louis went home for some rest only to be urgently called back a her blood pressure dropped extremely low. It's a miracle she bounced back and beat that episode. She remains in the ICU in critical condition on life support. She is currently on blood pressures, antibiotics, diyalsis, a ventilator, pain management in addition to medicine that is paralyzing her lungs and body. The blood pressurs that help to increase her blood pressurs are pulling blood from her limbs and non vital organs to her vital organs. This puts her fingers, hands, toes, feet, legs and non vital organs at risk. She is currently weened down from 4 pressurs down to 1 which is amazing. The source of bacteria is e-coli via UTI, with the large kidney stone she had it caused a blockage so her kidneys were unable to filter anything and the infection spread to her blood . She is currently in a study that paralyzed her lungs in order for them to heal and let the ventilator do its job. She ends that medicine at 4pm tomorrow. She is on constant dyalisis currently for the next day or so. Right now please pray the dialysis works, she can ween off the last blood pressur, that her cells in her non vital organs and limbs will not die and that she can beat sepsis with minimal complications. She has been working for CDS in Costco Wholesale in Sheridan, CO. She is currently at Swedish Hospital in Engelwood, CO. Thank you all for the love, support and prayers.

Trina has began the long road to recovery. She will be out of work for months . We have no timeline right now. She does not qualify for short term disability since she is a part time worker. She has zero benefits. We are looking into apply for disability, but that is a long process and can take years. We also don't know what complications will subside and what will heal 100%. Everything is up in the air and everything helps.
