TriLingual Language & Creative Immersion Preschool

Hi, my name is Joseph. I am raising funds for an up-and-coming Tri-Lingual Language & Creative Emersion Preschool in Lakewood California.  Due to a mistake by licensing we get to raise 50K by the end of December for the opening and operational costs for this great school. It is a lofty goal, but doable. I will not be able to do it alone. We will need your help for this goal to be accomplished.

This school is the brainchild of one of the most loving and caring human beings I have been blessed to know. She has already put a lot of blood, sweat, and tears into renovating and refurbishing this beautiful space to be a fun and safe place for every child to learn and grow! Against all odds she continues to plow through every obstacle with her sheer will, grace, strength and determination. She inspires many with her grit and true love for the children.

Since opening up her own in-home daycare four years ago in the Long Beach area she has won Long Beach's Best Day Care Award four years straight. Now she will be opening and up a long-awaited preschool in Lakewood, where we hope it will become a staple in this city. Her genuine love and great care for each child can be seen through their rapid growth of developmental skills but most of all their smiles.

The Preschool's program will heavily focus on outdoor play as well as creativity, nature, & language. They believe that the type of program which has been cultivated really taps into the essence of what it is to experience nature firsthand, which can be difficult sometimes living in a busy city. The preschool will also teach about plants and animals by way of their very own garden and a few small animals on site. They are really striving for a garden/farm feeling as part of one of the core elements of the preschool.

LANGUAGE

She has seen the value of being able to speak more than 1 language which is why the preschool will also be a trilingual preschool.

The preschool will start with 3 classrooms in which each class will have a dedicated language. Currently, the 3 languages are English, Spanish, & French. Each class will have a maximum of 12 students per class with 3 teachers (1 teacher/2 teacher’s aid). Eventually, they intend to expand to 5 classrooms.

NATURE

As mentioned, nature will be an integral part of the preschool. There will be full usage of the grass areas in the front and side. The front will be primarily used for water play when it is warm outside. The side grass area will be used as a garden to grow a variety of fresh vegetables and various plants. They also intend to build their own garden beds to suit the needs of the preschool.

Lets get this preschool past this final hurdle so she can nurture, love, and welcome these children into this great school!
