Tyce Dekker dedicated 24 years of amazing service to the City of Concord. Everyone who worked with Tyce knew how incredible, kindhearted, and helpful he was to those around him. His former coworker Mike Alley hopes to raise enough from his fellow colleages to fund a memorial bench in his honor.
