Tribute to Tim Singleton

With a heavy heart, we celebrate the life of Tim Singleton, long time Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) employee. Tim, a member of the Information Services Group in the Bureau of Public Health Emergency Preparedness, was with the Department for nearly 17 years.
Tim was well known and well respected at ADHS and among our many community partners, particularly those in the emergency management, healthcare, and first response communities. Tim always had a kind word, a smile, and an authentic willingness to help anyone in need. Even while battling health issues over the last few years, Tim consistently maintained a positive attitude and a dedication to supporting the mission of the Department and our partners. His coworkers described him as a warrior, selfless, dependable, a true friend.
We mourn Tim’s passing and will continue to value the contributions he made to public health and emergency preparedness. He will be deeply missed.
Funds will go to Amy Singleton, Tim's wife of 40 years.
