I write on behalf of the family of Nell Wallace who passed away on 12/20/2025 at the age of 76. The funds raised are for funeral, memorial, and final expenses. We appreciate any and all support.

Nell Wallace was a vibrant woman, mother, grandmother, and friend who was always there for the ones she loved. Whether it was work, friends, or family, she was as reliable as they come and went above and beyond at all things asked of her. I was the most fortunate of grandsons to have such a strong, independent, loyal, and devoted grandmother. She gave unconditional love, safety, understanding, and more of herself than she should have at times; but that's just the kind of woman she was. Everything she did, everything she was willing to do, was for us. I'll never know another bond like that and am forever grateful to her for showing me what was possible.

She lived the last 8 years of her life in chronic pain stemming from back and nerve issues. She endured a number of operations, her body ultimately succumbing shortly before Christmas. We take solace in the fact she is no longer in pain, but her absence leaves a giant void in all our lives. She leaves behind two sons, a grandson she raised as her own, three grandchildren, and numerous friends and colleagues. She built a family and legacy we are so proud of and I will do all in my power to live up to the example she set as a compassionate, responsible, and loving human being.
