Tribute to Slim

Early Friday morning, the world lost Crystal Roti, a beautiful soul affectionately known by the Pikes Peak Derby Dames as Slim.
Back in September Slim and her girlfriend Ashley Klutz packed up their bags and moved from Illinois to Colorado Springs to start their next adventure together. While they had a few prospective locations in mind, Colorado Springs had the rocky mountains, and more importantly, it had derby.
In six short months Crystal built amazing bonds with everyone she met at her work and through the PPDD. She was an influence, an optimist, a coach, a supporter, a friend to everyone she met. She navigated each day with the sheer will to do good, and be good for as many people that she could, in as many ways that she could.
This is a campaign to raise money for Ashley as she navigates this journey.
