**Help Us Honor the Life of Robert “Robbie” Henke**

Born a Fighter, Remembered with Love

It is with broken hearts that we share the passing of our beloved son, brother, and twin, Robert “Robbie” Henke, who left this world peacefully at 3 AM on July 25th, after a courageous battle with pneumonia, esophageal and liver cancer. He was just 38 years old.

Robbie’s story began with a fight for survival. Born prematurely at only 28 weeks, weighing 2 pounds 8 ounces, he entered the world alongside his twin sister, Rachel, who weighed 2 pounds 11 ounces. From those first fragile moments in the NICU, Robbie showed a strength and resilience that would define his entire life.

He faced challenges from the very beginning—medically, physically and mentally—but he met every trial with courage, quiet determination, and a big heart. Robbie lived with a deep love for his family, his community, and his Church with a loyal, gentle spirit. His bond with his twin sister remained unshakable through every chapter of his life.

Despite his health struggles, Robbie never lost his sense of humor or his desire to keep going. He was a warrior—pure and simple. And though cancer took him from us far too soon, it never took his spirit.

As we grieve this unimaginable loss, we take comfort in knowing Robbie is no longer in pain and is now reunited in heaven with his big middle sister, Sara who passed eight short years ago. We believe she was waiting there with open arms to welcome him home.

We are raising funds to help cover the medical bills, mortgage payment and daily expenses that have come from this heartbreaking journey. Anything you can give—no matter how small—will go toward honoring Robbie’s life and giving him the peaceful rest he deserves.
