In Honor of Patrick Carey

We are coming to terms with this sudden, immense loss. Despite broken hearts, we are beginning the work to organize a wake to celebrate a vibrant life cut far too short.

Pat was a giver. Personable beyond measure. Always interested in the lives, interests, and histories of the people around him. He was authentic in a way that is extremely rare. He was a connector of people and the spark for a wide web of friendships. His memory will live on through so many hearts. It will be impossible to pass the golden lantern without looking inside for him for years to come.

And if there’s one thing Pat really loved, it was celebrating life. It’s fitting for us to celebrate him in style. If you’d like to contribute to Pat’s services, cremation, and celebration of life, it would be greatly appreciated.

More details to come but mark Sunday, March 23rd as the day to celebrate, mourn, and reminisce on a titan of a person. Pat loved with a genuine heart and will stay in all of ours.
