Tribute to Owen Westendorf

This campaign is to raise money for medical bills, funeral expenses, and future support for Owen’s siblings and family.

On Saturday, August 6, 2022, Owen was doing what he loved and riding jet skis with his family at Blue Springs Lake. Around 7:30PM Owen was found unresponsive in the water. Owen was rushed to the ER at Center Point where he was placed in a medically-induced coma. Owen was constantly surrounded by friends and loved ones. At one point, there was around 30-40 friends of Owen’s crashing on the floor of the waiting room to support him. It was a beautiful sight to see. On Monday, Owen’s body began showing signs of severe brain damage. Tuesday, Owen passed away peacefully surrounded by so many family, friends and loved ones. This campaign was organized to support Chad, Rachel, Tatum, Natalie, Brecklynn, Blayne and Taaveti as they go through this unimaginable loss and heartache.
