My life changed forever the momentous day when Lauren and her family moved across the street from me in 1979. I saw Lauren from afar and ran over to introduce myself. From that day on we became life-long friends. I am tearing up as I write this because I never thought I would be saying goodbye to my beautiful friend. So smart, so beautiful, so young. I wish we had one more day. I am struggling with the fact that I will never see her again.


Lauren touched everyone she met with her infectious laugh and her radiant smile. To know Lauren, is to love Lauren. She was an incredible person who dedicated her life to honoring and loving her family and friends. She shared her love through her deep relationships and her selfless volunteer work. If you were a friend of Lauren's, you certainly knew it. She always made a point to tell everyone how much they meant to her with her encouraging words, birthday wishes, cards, flowers, and by sharing her time.  


Lauren leaves behind so many broken hearts, especially that of her loving husband, Jason. Lauren and Jason met in 2003 and they instantly fell in love. Their relationship quickly blossomed from best friends to partners for life. They celebrated their love for one another when they wed on January, 4th, 2006. It’s hard to say Lauren’s name without her beloved Jason's name immediately following. Their names have become synonymous over the years. Lauren’s sudden passing has caused Jason immeasurable heartbreak and pain. Now he has the extremely difficult task of planning final arrangements. 


Jason has chosen a beautiful resting place where everyone can visit and forever behold Lauren’s memory. Lauren’s untimely passing has been a challenge for us all, especially for Jason. No one is prepared for this. To help ease his pain, I am humbly asking for contributions to assist with the final expenses. Any amount of money is graciously appreciated. Jason, along with Lauren’s family, are sorting out the final arrangements & services. Details will be provided soon.
