Tribute to Al: Your Kindness Matters

My name is Crystal Sturgill. I am the niece of the gentlemen involved in the shooting on main street yesterday 08/22/2025 in our hometown of Crossville, Tn. Unfortunately after all prayers & all the work the hospital has been so diligently working at my uncle will succumb to the injury's as a result of this, tonight we found out there is no brain activity so he will be taken off the machines in the early morning hours & we will prepare to honor him & his life the best we can. Our family is experiencing an unimaginable tragedy so we could use prayers more then anything. My uncle Al was a very strong, extremely smart & outspoken person. He absolutely loved his dog (Do) & riding his bike & has touched the lives of many so this loss is profound. Losing him so suddenly has not only left us with deep sorrow, but also with with the unexpected burden of funeral & memorial costs.

We are reaching out during this difficult time to ask for your support in honoring his life and giving him the farewell he deserves. Any contribution, no matter the amount, will go to helping honor his last wishes and helping our family through this painful season.
