Tribute for Hakeem

On September 3, 2021 is another day God laid to rest another Son,Brother & Father . Hakeem has fought 5 years with kidney failure . He had lots of love and strength , humor and so much caring every day for his kids and his family and friends . This is just a platform for family and friends that have been reaching out to give and we cannot respond back to everyone .
