I have decided to run a triathlon to raise money for Withyou who support youth addiction. This is a sensitive topic to me and has been a struggle of mine and people close to me. I’ve seen how it can affect families, goals and relationships. My intent for this triathlon is to show that change is possible for anyone and a clear goal can provide structure and purpose.
