Triathlon colossal is the ultimate in endurance all in aid of charity and awareness. Each element of the Triathlon will represent a charity and part of all life ♂️♂️️
My name is Adam Green and I have decided to create a truly colossal and unique charity challenge to raise important funds and awareness for a number of worthy causes. Let’s dive straight into what “Triathlon Colossal” is and will be The following challenge will be a continuous effort and I will be looking to complete in under a week…nonstop! Part 1. 21-mile open water swim in Ullswater lake Cumbria the equivalent to swimming the English Channel….followed by Part 2. 10 continuous summit and descent of Helvellyn in the lake district a total of 29,030 Ft elevation the equivalent of climbing Mt Everest in one go….follwed immediately by Part 3. Cycle the full length of the famous C2C (coast to coast)) from Whitehaven to Tynemouth AND BACK! In one go approx. 300+ miles and an elevation of approx. 18,000ft cycling climbs taking in 3 of the hardest and notorious difficult cycling climbs the UK has to offer. As you can probably see this is quite a “colossal” event and to say ill need support is quite a colossal understatement. The whole event will be charity driven as follows. Swim – for water Aid and ocean/river conservation Climb – for research and treatment for human health Bike – for research development and conservation for Animals/wildlife - All aspects of our planet covered The whole event and the 12 months preparation will be documented/photographed and video to create a large number of social media content for promotion and a short documentary once event completed next year so obviously everyone involved will be heavily featured.
