Triantafillou Tsapournia , Evia Relief Fund
We have started this fund to support the village of Tsapournia and surrounding areas. Zoe’s family is from Tsapournia, a small village of around 80 people. Since August 3, a fire has taken over the island, burning farms, homes, trees, and killing wildlife. Zoe's family is in Evia. They farm. They make olive oil and honey. The land is their livelihood. This is a very personal fund. Zoe has many memories growing up and visiting her family there. Some of the thickest forests in Greece were in Evia, but the trees are gone. Money raised will go to Tsapournia first and then to other villages if there is enough. It will help them rebuild the infrastructure, get essentials, food, water and supplies. You will know exactly where your money is being donated and help them overcome this horrific tragedy. We are asking for immediate support so that we can get the funds to the people right away.
