Trevor's 21st: A Magical Birthday Wish

Hi friends and family,

As many of you know, my nephew Trevor has been through so much in his life. When he was just two years old, he faced a devastating battle with neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive form of cancer. The doctors gave him only a 12% chance of survival, but against all odds, Trevor defied those statistics and has been fighting ever since. This journey has not been easy, and though Trevor made it through, the toll it took on his mind and body has been immense.

Now, Trevor is about to turn 21 on March 29th! It’s an incredibly special milestone, and we are so proud of the young man he has become. But, as we celebrate his life, we also acknowledge the ongoing challenges he faces with mental health, which are a direct result of the extreme lengths the doctors had to go to in order to save him.

To make this birthday extra special, I have a wish—something I know would mean the world to Trevor. Trevor has always dreamed of seeing David Copperfield perform live in Las Vegas and I would love to make that dream come true for him on his 21st birthday. The tickets are $600 for all four of us to attend—my sister, brother-in-law, Trevor, and myself—so that we can be as close to the stage as possible. This is especially important because Trevor is hearing impaired, and I want him to be able to fully experience this once-in-a-lifetime show.

I’m reaching out for your help. I’m asking for donations to cover the ticket costs, which will be $600 plus a small processing fee. Every penny will go towards making this experience happen for Trevor. I’ll be covering my own travel and accommodation expenses, so all funds raised here will go directly to the tickets.

Trevor has been through so much, and his strength is truly inspiring. This birthday gift is more than just a celebration; it’s a chance to show him how much we love him and how proud we are of everything he’s overcome.
